Where do you host events?
We’re based in San Francisco and work throughout California — Bay Area, Napa Valley, Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe, and beyond. For destination events outside California, we’d love to discuss your project.
Can I choose only specific services?
Absolutely. While many clients work with us end-to-end, we’re happy to step in for just one part of your event. We’ll build a package that fits your needs and budget.

Do you work with limited budgets?
We work across a range of budgets and always aim to maximize impact within your means. During our first call, we’ll be transparent about what’s achievable and help you prioritize what matters most.
How long does it take to plan an event?
For large events (150+ guests), we recommend booking 4−6 months in advance. For smaller events, 6−8 weeks is usually sufficient. That said, we occasionally accommodate last-minute requests — don’t hesitate to reach out.
What happens on the day of the event?
Our team arrives early for setup, manages the full timeline, coordinates vendors, handles any surprises, and stays until teardown is complete. You focus on your guests — we handle everything else.
Can I make changes during the planning process?
Yes — and it’s expected. Plans evolve, and we build flexibility into our process. We maintain a shared planning document so you always see the latest version and can suggest changes at any time.
